    One tip, do not add the celery with the onions and the carrots in the beginning it has too much water that prevents the carmelization of the vegetables and don't forget the glaze next time ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    He never added the demi glace, and how much? Anyone can make a reduced pan sauce. Actually one does not need the demi glace although it does add a lot. My instructors at CIA would blush. Useless video.

    you fail to mention when you add the demi-glace. i assume after the wine reduces by 1/2.
