If you might be longing for one thing scrumptious,
Then this recipe is for you.
This white sauce pasta is creamy , tacky and tastes unimaginable.

Note the substances.
200 gm penne pasta
2 tbsp flour
four tbsp butter
300 ml milk
1 tsp garlic
2 sliced onion
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced carrots
50 gms corn
half of tsp of pink pepper powder
salt to style
50-75 gm processed cheese
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oregano

    FYI: “Until” has just 1 “L”, while “till” has 2.

    And don’t forget:

    The pasta water MUST have about a tablespoon of kosher salt added to it BEFORE you drop the pasta into the boiling water. (If you’re using table salt, then half that amount!) Pasta must ALWAYS be cooked in SALTED water.

    Not only does it make water boil at a higher temperature (that’s a scientific fact!) so it cooks better, (culinary fact!) but it also flavors & seasons the taste of the pasta, so it won’t taste FLAT!!

    You cannot infuse the salty flavor it NEEDS by only adding the salt AFTER its boiled… it won’t permeate INTO the pasta itself, unless you cook it IN salted (or briny) water!! (It’s a fact.)

    Other than that, nice recipe!! (Except for the bell pepper!! Can’t eat that!! I’m HIGHLY allergic to it!!) 😳🤢🤢🤮🤮

    My Hot tip number one: make sure your pasta is thoroughly drained and pat it with kitchen-paper, otherwise your sauce could be watery. Hot tip number 2: next time…….use a bigger pan! 😀
