    OK. So where is the rolling out and cutting of the pasta. What do you do with it if you aren’t going to cook it right away? This ended way too soon.

    Joe can I use coconut oil instead? I’m trying to balance what I eat. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I love pasta And would love to be able to make it and have it from time to time but I’m told can’t have a lot of what makes food taste amazing lol. I found a gluten free all purpose flour but not sure if the oil I use makes a big difference.
