4 Chicken Thighs
Three T Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 T recent parsley
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T Oregano
2 t Lemon juice
1/Four t black pepper
Salt to style
Oil for frying
Mix Three T olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, black pepper, oregano and lemon juice in a bowl and blend nicely. Season either side of hen with salt.
Rub seasoning mix throughout hen Get a sauté pan below medium warmth and add about ¼ inch of oil pan. When oil begins to get scorching, add the hen.
Cover pan with foil and flatten it with a pot, when one facet is crispy and golden flip and prepare dinner different facet, take away to a cooling rack and let the hen relaxation for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
