HOW TO MAKE BREAD 🍞 OMELETTE WITH AN ITALIAN TWIST, WITHOUT OVEN
(To make more yummy can add salami, chicken
sausages,mushrooms,pepperoni πŸ•)
-2 Serves

Ingredients
-4 Slices of bread 🍞
-5-6 Eggs πŸ₯š (2 whole eggs,3 egg white)
-1 medium size onion chopped
-1 medium size tomato πŸ… chopped
-1 cut green chili or 1/2 tsp chili 🌢 flakes
-1 tbsp coriander leaves or basil leaves 🌿
-1/2 Italian mix herbs
-1/2 black pepper
-salt to taste
-5 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
-1 tbsp parmigiana cheese grated
-1 tbsp BBQ sauce (optional)
-5 tbsp Olive oil

METHOD
(AA)
-Put the slices of bread in the toaster till slightly or heat non-stick pan, drizzle some olive oil toast bread on both sides till the bread slightly turn brown, set aside

(BB)
-Wide non-stick pan drizzle some oil add chopped onion, tomato stir and cook till they are nice & soft, add green chili or chili flakes, coriander leaves or basil leaves mix well and stir for 2 minuets, add BBQ Sauce and mix well to combine, set aside

(CC)
-In a bowl whisk 5 eggs (2 whole eggs, 3 egg white), add Italian herbs, black pepper mix well
-Add stir fried tomato, onion mixture & mix & beat well everything to combine
Set aside
(DD)
-In the same non-stick pan drizzle some olive oil & place the slightly toasted bread, add mozzarella & parmigiana cheese ( keep some )
-Pour egg mixture evenly all around, (can top up with chicken sausage, salami,pepperoni, mushrooms)again top up with remaining mozzarella & parmigiana cheese (add less amount of cheese if you want to)
-Cover and cook on low flame πŸ”₯ until cheese is barely melted (5-7 minuets)
-Take the Bread 🍞 Omelette Pizza πŸ• into a plate
-Cut them or serve whole bread hot!
For breakfast, lunch or Brunch
-Enjoy!!!
