How To Make Homemade Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Spanish paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp purple pepper flakes
2 tsp floor black pepper
2 tsp floor white pepper
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried oregano

Directions:

Mix all of the components collectively and retailer in an hermetic container in your cabinet for up to 2 months.

    1) Nobody in Italy use to make such mess with a such jumble of spices
    2) Kosher salt doesn't exist in Italy and it's consumed mostly by fundamentalist jews in Israel.

    …so why in the description box does it say how to make homemade cajun seasoning..instead of authentic italian seasoning? I appreciate the 2 recipes in one..but I'm pretty sure that wasn't what you intended.

    cutting the ingredients in half would just make less of the same seasoning… the ratios would be exactly the same.
