    At first u mentioned 400 ml cream..but in the consolidated ingredient list, it shows 200 ml.. which is correct… also milk is missing in the consolidated ingredients list

    If you don't want to use gelatine you can try using agar agar which is made from seaweed. Or you can just leave the gelatine out and leave the panna cotta in a glass or ramekin. Let us know how you get on!
