Hello of us, this week I’d like to share with you a great cooking recipe on how to cook dinner a seafood risotto from scratch.

Today we use cod and calamari as the important thing fish components in our seafood risotto. This is a easy recipe that may take a little little bit of time to put together and cook dinner, although is nicely definitely worth the wait.

Thanks for watching, and till subsequent time, good luck and good fishin’!
Ivo

You seem like a really nice guy, but man, did you butcher this risotto…
First of, you're supposed to fry the sofrito, not boil it. All the different types of stock you have goes in during, and butter at the end.

just came back from Italy and had risotto for dinner or lunch half the time – loved this stuff so much that I am learning how to revisit the flavour through memory – I found that the best ones didn't have any parmigiana in it, or very little as it competed with the seafood flavour.

WHAT ??? Please this has nothing To do with an italian risotto !!!
"La mantecatura" when you put butter and parmiggiano la always done out of the heat !!! It needs To create the cream and not To be cooked !!! It's called "emulsion" in french when the fat melts and mixes with a liquid.. ..and overall, it needs To ne done energetically !!!
