Hard Hot Fudge Sauce for Ice Cream
This selfmade onerous scorching fudge sauce is ideal with ice cream.
- 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate (2 squares)
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/three cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- Combine and soften the butter and chocolate within the high portion of a double boiler over – NOT IN- boiling water, stirring to mix properly. Add the boiling water. Blend totally. Add the sugar and corn syrup. Place over direct warmth. Cover. Let the sauce boil readily, however not too furiously, for three minutes. DO NOT STIR!
