Gluten Free Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta

Gluten-free rooster sausage and pesto pasta is a simple one-pot dinner.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium crimson onion, sliced into skinny rings

  • 16 ounces Aidelles® rooster sausage, sliced into rounds
  • half cup pesto
  • half cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
