15 – 30 mL (1 – 2 Tbsp) olive oil
200g (1 hyperlink) Italian sausage, casing eliminated
200g dry orecchiette
5 mL (1 tsp) purple pepper flakes
375 mL (1½ cups) white wine
50g onerous cheese, like Parmesan grated
500 mL (2 cups) frozen peas
30 – 45 mL (2-3 Tbsp) butter
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
In a medium saucepan warmth the olive oil and fry off the sausage meat, breaking it up as you go.
When the sausage is fried most of the means, begin cooking the pasta.
Season the sausage with sizzling pepper flakes
Add the wine to the sausage, and convey to a boil.
Reduce the wine by ½.
Add in the frozen peas to the sausage combination.
Just as the pasta is cooked, stir the butter into the sausage and wine.
Transfer the pasta and a few of the cooking water to the pot with the sausage.
Stir in the grated cheese.
Check and regulate the seasoning.
