Thank you for a wonderful recipe, I prepared tiramisu for the first time yesterday using your recipe – it was a huge success, only thing is that next time I shall double the ingredients – everyone ate so much of it that there was just a small bit left for the cook!  So I am left with no alternative than to prepare tiramisu for New Year's Eve, using your recipe, it is the best recipe I have read – elegant, uncomplicated.   You explain every step in detail and with precision and clearly, I am grateful for that, thank you.  I wish you joy in the kitchen for 2015.
