This is my tremendous easy yeast pizza dough. My pizza dough is genuine and one I’ve used for over 25 years.

    Hi Bake like a pro! I like your pizza and want to try. But I have several questions about the process. Should I put pizza in the middle of the electric oven or upper? And what about baking time if I use glass round pan?

    Hi, sometimes the dough turns out crusty and sometimes it's soft. What could be the reason? Should I spray less oil in the bowl and on the dough? I really like it when it's soft.

    I followed your recipes to make the pizza but did not get any browning underneath my pizza..should I bake it more..I baked it for 12mins in the oven at 450F

    Hi! This recipe is great. Have you tried using Wholemeal flour? Does it turn out the same? I have tried normal flour and worked out awesome. Would love to give the other way a go!

    Can I bloom my active dry yeast for 10 minutes and throw it in? Or will it change anything to your dough recipe?

    I tried this recipe and it worked very well. It turned out not too thick or thin. It wasnt crunchy but firm enough to not sag.

    This is the only pizza dough recipe I use!

    Sometimes, I add some seasonings to the dough. Sometimes, after i roll it out, I mix some olive oil with some other seasonings and brush it on or around the crust.

    I have even used some mozzarella sticks to stuff the crust… its amazing!

    Thanks so much , this was very helpful and i managed to make a very yummy and flavorful pizza .

    Tip- you guys could fill the crust with cheese (any kind)
    And fold it , it makes a MEAN cheese crust !!! 😁😋😋😋🍕🍕🍕

    Yes my oven has two heating elements, i do bake my pizza’s on the same rack, if i leave the pizza a little longer, to get the crust cooked,the cheese and toppings gets dry instead of stringy or sometimes like burnt
    May be i need to stretch the crust bit more

    At 450 degrees for 10 minutes, can you specify the oven rack level?
    Top , middle or bottom?
    My pizza crust is not turning fully cooked under the toppings

    ive been fasting for 30 days and have been watching countless how to make pizza vidz. I have not commented on any, except for yours. i had to give you a thumbs up because you have taken the time to consider others that are not in America. I'm from Australia and dont really know how to read Farenheit etc. I dont really know how to cook but you have made this vid very easy to understand. Keep up the good work and thanx.

    Wow. This is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen (no sarcasm) . It’s explains everything well, clear instructions. I usually have trouble with the measurements and when following videos I need to pause to google how much 2 cups of flour are which is annoying 😝 This Video just leaves no questions.     Thank you for giving the ingredient amounts in grams and mls – as well as American cup measures. I suppose if you don't have a dough hook you would need to mix by hand for the five minutes. Will give it a try!

    Thank you for sharing this recipe. I made a pizza last night and it came out perfectly. Do you ever add a flavors to your pizza dough (garlic, onion etc)? If you do add flavors, how much do you usually add to a recipe like this one? Thanks again for sharing your recipe. It’s amazing and it does feel amazing too.

    Hi there. I love this recipe and been making it last time without fail. However lately I'm having this problem that the end dough become so sticky & wet. It's hard to shape it due to the stickiness. I have no idea what's the cause of it. Water temperature is perfect. I tried to lessen the water to 200ml but result still the same. Any solution that you can think of? Thanks in advance!

    Can you double the ingredients? How much multiples of ingredients would make about 10 12-14 inch pizzas? How many bowls do I need and where do I let it rise? Sorry I have no clue though I'm winging it and making it for a party
