Easy Pasta Carbonara is a simplified model of a traditional pasta dish that may be made in a matter of minutes, utilizing fundamental components! Cream, Eggs and Parmesan Cheese are mixed with heat items of bacon and pasta to create a creamy, divine dish that everybody will love – Give it a go!

PLEASE NOTE: I’m conscious the normal Italian recipe would not use cream, however this can be a simplified model made for a overseas viewers. Feel free to make use of a standard recipe should you choose 😉

RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

250g of Pasta (cooked as per packet instructions – I used Fettuccine)
250ml of Cream
2 Egg Yolks
half Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (plus further for garnish)
3 Slices of Shortcut Rindless Bacon (chopped, fried)

Add freshly floor black pepper to style earlier than serving 🙂

SERVES 2

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 12 minutes

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    Gorgeous is not how I'd describe this dish – it looks disgusting!
    I really don't understand why you would think this is easier or more appropriate for a "foreign" audience than cooking carbonara properly.

    it hurts to see you use cream. use 2-3 egg yolks and 100-125 grams of real parmesan cheese, stir it around and you got real pasta carbonara, add a little salt and a shit ton of pepper at the end

    Wtf! Cream! Use the fat coming out of the bacon together with the cooking water, cooked pasta, eggs, black pepper and cheese to make the cream.
    You don’t have the right to call this peace of shit carbonara..

    This is the worst Carbonara I have ever seen in my life of travelling the world…… You would be crucified in Italy. The biggest mistake you made was adding cream to the dish – sorry but carbonara has no cream….. it is simply eggs parmesan pancetta and butter PERIOD also you do not leave the pasta on the stove while adding the eggs – that can turn into scrambled eggs – for the real deal look up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AAdKl1UYZs …..
