My father was diabetic and my Grandmother would all the time check out new recipes looking for actually tasty diabetic cookies. These ones have been actually good 😉

Diabetic Sugar Cookies
These diabetic cookies my grandmother made for my Dad all of the time. These cookies are filled with nuts and raisins and flavored with orange zest.
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Combine elements so as given. Stir with a wood spoon till effectively blended. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Drop by tablespoon 2 inches aside. Bake 30 minutes at 375 levels.
