    People (Italians and others) always told me how difficult it was to make a good risotto but since I found Gennaro on youtube, I cook a fab risotto with confidence. And I always get compliments. This strawberry risotto is no exception – the balsamico is a wonderful addition to this particular dish. Gennaro is a perfect example of how we should all be cooking.     I just love this guy… I would work with/for him like for Free… his passion about food is unique and yet he is like so simple, so regular person… My cooking story is very short, as a son of a chef and restaurant owner i know the basics, i have that passion inside me somewhere, last 2 years i work in the kitchen as a "chef" like whole shift almost every day in our small restaurant but i never wanted to do that… Now, few months already when i started to watch Genaro my passion for the food came up, i started to cook for my family more often :).
    Last thing i cooked was the classic Italian carbonara, so amazing how something that simple and cheap can taste so gorgeous and rich 🙂

Dont get me wrong gennaros past recipes are pretty damn good but this one was groOss! I love to try new things but this was too far! Sorry not sorry good night!
