RECIPE:
MAKES 2 “sausages”
substances:
7oz (200g) cookies/biscuits/biscotti
9oz (250g) darkish chocolate
6 tablespoons (90g) butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
3.5oz (100g) pistachios, toasted
2-Three tablespoons liquor/espresso *non-obligatory
Pinch salt
Powdered sugar for coating

Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits
2. Melt chocolate and butter over double boiler, till fully clean. Remove from warmth and add alcohol or espresso (non-obligatory), milk, vanilla extract, crushed cookies, pistachios, salt and blend till mixed.
3. Spread half the combination onto plastic wrap and form it right into a log. Roll the plastic wrap and twist the ends to seal. Roll forwards and backwards few occasions to make the log evenly spherical. Repeat with remaining combination.
