There are quite a lot of Chicken Penne Pasta recipes, however this one is really unimaginable. Arrabiata sauce, is an pretty conventional tomato based mostly pasta sauce, that’s spiced up with the addition of sizzling chili flakes and a little bit of vinegar. Those substances give the pasta sauce a beautiful warmth, and tanginess, that goes rather well with the delicate flavored hen and penne pasta.

Of course, I’m all the time attention-grabbing in quick and simple recipes, so I typically make giant batches of the arrabiata sauce and freeze meal sized parts. Allowing the sauce to thaw whilst you cook dinner the hen and penne pasta, means you may have this nice meal ready in about 30 minutes.

but…. why use sugar when you can just leave out the vinegar? that doesnt make sense for me, just chunk a bit of wine in there for the flavor 😛

stop cooking tomatoes after ten min you kill the flavor of the tomato and then you will need to add sugar and acid to it. the colour is much richer and so is the natural flavours when the oil states to separate it is done
