Traditional cannoli are crispy fried dough cylinders, full of ricotta cream. I put together a model with deep-fried disks of cannoli stacked excessive with layers of ricotta cream in between similar to a Napoleon. Recipe: http://lidiasitaly.com/recipes/cannoli-napoleon-2/.

I don't get it. Your door was pinkish reddish. You burnt the dough. And then you have something that nobody could actually eat it without it sliding right out of their mouth. By the way this is the worst cannoli I have ever seen in my entire life. That comes from a child who watched her mother make cannolis and they were the best in the world. And by the way you cannot call this a cannoli.
