I often do 50/50 ratio between these flours. I suspected I’d get a stiffer dough and barely higher taste utilizing the next proportion of semolina. I believe I’m going to stay with this as a result of it turned out nice. Could even be a greater do as a result of I left it relaxation within the fridge for a pair days. Have a pleasant weekend!
