Bennigan’s Ale House Shrimp and Pasta is a dish you may make at house. 


  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 ounces mushrooms
  • half cup chopped pink onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • half cup Irish brown ale
  • 1 bundle of white sauce combine, whisked with 1 half cups milk
  • 1 pint cherry tomtatoes halved
  • 1 half pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined


  • half cup sliced scallions
  • half cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1.  Cook pasta as directed on bundle
