Add the flour to the drippings and blend properly. Return the meat and onions to the Dutch oven, and add beef bouillon dice, water and beef consomme. Stir the combination till is easy. Add mustard, cowl and cook dinner very slowly for 1 hour or till the meat is tender. Add the mushrooms don’t drain off liquid, saute and bitter cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
