Yield Eight servings.

Beef and Cheese Casserole

  • 1 half pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped high-quality
  • 1/four teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package deal Cream Cheese
  • 1/four cup Sour Cream
  • 1/three cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/three cup chopped Green Onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package deal Noodles, cooked, and drained
  1. Brown floor beef and onion in skillet. Add salt, to style, pepper and tomato sauce; simmer slowly whereas making ready remaining elements.
