PANNA COTTA RECIPE

LEMON CREAM:
100g Sugar
1 egg
75g butter
50ml of lemon juice

INGREDIENTS PANNA COTTA:
3gelatine leaves (6gr)
500ml cooking cream
1 tblsp vanilla essence
150g sugar

STRAWBERRY SYRUP:
500g strawberries minimize in 1/4
70g sugar
2 tblsp water

METHOD

LEMON CREAM:
1. Cut every lemon in ½ and squeeze the juice out. I like to do that with my fingers and a small strainer to catch the seeds.
2. You want 50ml of juice so it relies on how large your lemons are!
3. Put 1 egg, sugar and lemon juice right into a non-stick small pan and stir effectively utilizing a whisk, then ass butter.

    I just want to let you know, I watched this yesterday, and I followed the lemon curd part today. It turned out a bit darker than your version because I used brown sugar.. It's a bit on the sour side because I can't measure grams (I'm so sorry), so I measured the sugar by eye. It still turned out good. I don't know about the consistency. When I removed it from the heat, it has the consistency of jam, but when I left it to cool in the fridge, it's thicker. I am now eating it on a spoon like a lollipop.. X'D
    Thank you! I have one lemon left, so I'm going to do this again after I finish this lemon curd bowl.
