In this video I share with you my do-it-yourself pizza dough recipe and I’ll present you make 2 genuine Italian pizza recipes .
Pizza Bianca and Pizza Margherita. Simple however scrumptious flavors!
But be happy so as to add any toppings you need! 🙂

Pizza Recipe in grams:

– 600 gr Flour( I at all times use 00 flour however be happy to make use of bread or all function flour)
– 400 gr Warm Water
– 20 gr Fresh Yeast
– 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 tbsp Salt
____________________________________________________________

Pizza Dough Recipe in cups:

– four 2/Three cups Flour
– 1 3/four cups Warm Water
– 1 packet Dry Yeast
– 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 tbsp Salt

    I sure would like to know what kind of Flour you used. Bread or All Purpose? Your directions say you can use either one but I want to use the flour you were using. It looks like the kind of crust I want to make. I think you didn't say what kind of flour you used and just said add flour in the video.

    Nevermind, it's no big deal. I guess I can try making pizza dough both ways and figure out if the Bread dough is better than the All purpose or vice versa.

    Any tips for freezing the dough? I'd like to freeze half, but should I do that after it's been in the fridge for 24h or after the 3h rising process? And, when I take it off from the fridge should I let it rise again? In or out of the fridge? Thanks a lot for the recipe. Best one I've found so far 🙂

    this made me want to try to make pizza so bad. i'm goin' to try and wait until the kitchen needs to be cleaned really good though because i know i'm going to make a mess. i'd like to see more italian dishes. like home cooking meals. all the cakes and treats are killing me. plus watching you gives me enough of a sweet tooth. ok., that last bit was a little creepy.. sorry. love the videos though keep them coming

    I tried this recipe and it was absolutely incredible! The oven wasn't hot enough so we had to use the grill (obviously we put the pizza on the pizza stone, we didn't straight up grill it) which was quite risky but it ended up 10 times better than the one we tried in the oven. Thank you for this recipe.

    You are sooo cute! 😉 Regarding your American accent, I'll bet that you were a bilingual baby, with one parent teaching you Italian, and the other teaching you American English. Am I correct? I'm Canadian, BTW.

    Thank you so much for this recipe; I'll be sure and try it sometime. But, I would prefer to shred the mozzarella, rather than just slicing it the way you have done. BTW, the flour you used is called "durum semolina", just as it is in Italian. However, this is the first time I've seen it being used in pizza dough; it's usually used for pasta.
